B2B Sales Arrow - Executive - Market Research (1-3 yrs)
We're currently hiring for Market research Executive.
Location: Bangalore
Employment type: Full-time
Experience: 1 to 3 year
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post graduate in any field
- Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to logically prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly
- Able to coordinate within the team/Ability to lead the team.
Responsibilities:
- Building customized database (Fetching Company & Contacts complete details) for Marketing Campaign List/Field Marketing Database
- Calculate metrics and identify noted trends within the data
- Assist in ensuring data integrity.
Preferred:
Well-versed with sites like Hoovers, Discover.org, Xing, Bloomberg, Jigsaw, Zoom Info and LinkedIn etc.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint.
Good Excel Knowledge:
- Working experience in using Excel shortcuts.
- Should know the purpose of functions and formulas and their usage like - Trim, Proper, Exact, Upper, Lower, Concatenation, Countif, Pivot Table usage, Vlookup
- Filter usage and sorting.
- Clean raw data to remove duplicates, errors, and inconsistencies. Validate and ensure data accuracy through systematic checks.
- Document process and formulas used in Excel.
- Reporting and dashboard requirements
- Data validation and standardization.
