B2B Sales Arrow - Digital Marketing Specialist (3-9 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Maneuver B2B digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
- Creating and distributing them on the most suitable social media channels. Keep track and measure its impact effectiveness
- Performing maximizing Search Engine Optimization activities
- Creating and executing Email marketing campaigns
- Actively managing the website performance through Google Analytics
- Research on media to reach new customers, retain existing customers generate leads
- Analysing market research and plan promotions, competitions, and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts) to boost brand awareness
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end digital projects
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
Requirements :
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or other media editing software
- Experience with visual communication principles
- Candidate should know how to run Google ads, YouTube ads, LinkedIn marketing, Lead generation campaign, SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, handling end to end campaigns, Social media listening, Pay Per Click Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Instant Messaging marketing, Local Search Marketing, Remarketing, Influencer marketing, and viral marketing techniques
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualification and Experience :
- Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in Marketing
- Communications/Digital Certification/Digital Media or relevant field preferred
- X -factor- Experience in design, animation, video editing, and content writing is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (Google ads, You tube ads, B2B lead generation, LinkedIn Marketing, Lead generation campaign
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
