B2B Marketing Role (3-7 yrs)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Assistant Manager for our B2B Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing and executing campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role will play a key part in scaling our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management : Plan and develop multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, physical campaigns and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with other teams, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts. Also, manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- Lead Generation : Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that attract and convert leads, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales goals.
- Content Development : Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality marketing materials such as case studies, social posts, emailers and other sales collaterals.
- Market Research : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points that inform marketing strategies.
- Data Analysis : Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using key metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- CRM Management : Oversee the management of marketing automation tools and CRM systems to segment audiences, track leads, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Partnerships and Events : Assist in organizing industry events, and building partnerships that enhance brand positioning and reach.
- Budget Management : Work within the allocated marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies and optimize spend.
- Innovation : Stay up-to-date on the latest B2B marketing trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking new ways to improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to evaluate campaign performance.
- Creative problem-solver and ability to think strategically about marketing initiatives.
