B2B/Corporate Sales Role - Insurance/Mutual Fund/Financial Product (1-7 yrs)
1.Acquire and manage corporate partners for a unique digitally offered financial wellness plan for their employees
2. Implement partner development and relationship management strategies with each corporate partner to build scale sustainably including design and implementation of digital marketing/sales campaigns
3. Responsible for business targets such as corporate partner on-boarding, customer uptake, persistence and regularity, customer grievance
4. Gather insights through conducting focused group discussions and employee financial wellness programs to collaborate with analytics and solution teams for innovation and problem solving
5. Prepare, manage and reconcile sales and other business reports
6. Support founding team with respect to other support functions like customer behavioural studies, market sizing initiatives, brand communications including blog posts, research papers etc.
