B2B Business Development & Account Management Role - Marketng (4-10 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven B2B Growth Specialist to lead Leumas' lead generation and account management efforts. This role is instrumental in driving business expansion through a mix of digital strategies, offline engagement, targeted BTL (below-the-line) activities, and proactive account management. The ideal candidate will be adept at generating and nurturing high-potential leads while managing client accounts to maximize engagement and growth opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation plans across digital (social media, SEO/SEM, email) and offline channels (trade shows, industry events, BTL activities).

- Digital Campaigns: Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads in pharma and wellness industries, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn and targeted content marketing.

- Event Engagement: Identify and coordinate Leumas' presence at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to capture leads and enhance market visibility.

- BTL Activities: Strategically plan BTL initiatives, including targeted outreach, partnerships, and local networking efforts, to capture leads and foster relationships in priority markets.

- Account Management and Client Success: Manage relationships with key accounts generated from lead activities, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and potential upsell opportunities.

- Ongoing Engagement: Develop customized outreach and follow-up plans to maintain strong client relationships and maximize growth opportunities.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to relay client feedback, ensure service alignment, and support account growth.

- Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Collaborate closely with the sales

team to qualify and nurture leads, ensuring a seamless handover and

consistent progress through the sales funnel.
