Position Purpose :

We are looking for an energetic business development associates to join our sales team and grow the organization and platform to the next level. You will be primarily responsible for partnering with recruitment partners in your defined region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- On a daily basis, identify potential recruitment partners, call, meet and onboard them as Azent partners

- You- re expected to do at least 6 meetings (Virtual + Physical) daily with potential partners

- Weekly Target Evaluation

- Open to Travelling

What you bring to the table:

- Should have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales (Field Sales Experience Preferred)

- Bachelor's degree mandatory

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

- Good to have CRM Knowledge
