Aza Fashions - Manager/Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to deliver set KPIs
- Develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the business brand and products
- Maintain ROI & KPIs by identifying, analysing, measuring trends and content using respective ad platforms & analytical tools
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Requirements :
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Hands on experience in ad setup & execution on various Ad platforms
- Prior 5-10 years' experience in a similar role
- Analytically strong, data driven and someone who has handled large scale budgets
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus, and have a good sense of luxury fashion
