Ayushpay - Hospital Provider Network Manager - Sales (3-7 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Provider Network Manager & a healthcare sales professional to join our team responsible for strategic and operational business development.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Understand AyushPay's products and be a strong voice for our products in the Hospitals and healthcare industry in the assigned territory.
- Hospital Visit for empanelment and activation. Coordination for agreement closure and rate negotiation with hospitals. Understand the workings of building large scale Provider networks and execute the findings aggressively on ground, by building a strong network of hospitals in the assigned territory.
- Maintain a healthy inflow of patient cases from the onboard hospitals and achieve your monthly targets. Present AyushPay's financial products, pitch to Hospitals and ensure conversion at a healthy rate to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at partner hospitals to facilitate the empanelment process.
- Build a strong network of hospitals in the assigned territory and relationships with Hospital C-suite, MDs and staff by regular interaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as legal, finance, and operations to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience & documentation process for new facilities.
- Monitor performance and present week on week reviews of different assigned teams.
