Ayush Software - Customer Support Executive (0-2 yrs)
Provide online chat and telephonic support to customers
Convert customer requests to sales
Represent company to customers and resolve issues
Follow up issues for resolution and gain feedback
Increase customer satisfaction and develop PR
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate degree of any discipline
- Excellent communication skills and focused on customer satisfaction
- Fluent in at least English and Hindi spoken languages, knowledge of additional languages added advantage
