Ayurmeva - Executive - Customer Care (1-3 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
- Handle queries, complaints, and requests from customers on multiple platforms. Namely, call, chat(WhatsApp), and email.
- Make calls for the recovery of abandoned checkouts and feedback.
- Coordinate with accounts and operations team for refund and shipping details respectively.
- Track orders for customers and help with delivery date
- Make calls to customers for NDR or confirmation of COD orders
- Make detailed reports for all activities and update communication on the CRM
- Respond to social media DMs in time.
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Executive
- Must have experience in managing calls and emails.
- Must be able to join immediately or within 15 days
- Prior work experience of communicating with customers on chat, mainly WhatsApp is an advantage
- Must be able to take independent decisions to resolve queries while adhering to guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
- Should be able to work on excel and similar applications.
