Overview
We are looking for the motivated candidate having a keen interest towards customer happiness. Who is willing to work in a fast-paced environment of a venture capital funded startup and is willing to hustle to achieve company goals quickly. This opportunity allows the individual to be at the forefront on how to acquire customers at scale and what it takes to win in an entrepreneurial setting. It will allow the individual to learn and experience new things, build skills and networks that are normally impossible in a corporate environment and be on a trajectory to exponential personal and professional growth!
The individual will work directly with the founder and CEO in developing strong customer relationship and provide excellent service.
Essential Duties
- Update the database on daily basis
- Coordinate with the seniors to take daily to do list
- Call users to verify their user account daily
- Regularly interacting with the user to get feedback and build a positive relation with the users
- Keeping updates about the ongoing activities with users under the guidance of the seniors
- Effectively performing the adhoc tasks assign by the seniors
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates those are available for full time (in-office) internship at Kurla office
- Fresher's with good English communication can also apply
- Serious & ambitious candidates with passion for customer service and wanting to make career in customer service industry should apply
- Are from Mumbai only
- Can preferably start the- internship immediately
