Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services, conduct market research, and gather feedback.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services.
- Generate leads and set up appointments for sales teams.
- Provide detailed information about our offerings and answer customer inquiries.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and customer calls.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain resilient.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
