AYN InfoTech - Manager - Business Development (5-8 yrs)
The Role :
- Responsible for costing, negotiations, follow up & requirement gathering.
- Maintains an ongoing relationship with both prospective and existing clients.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Look into existing & new possible sources for generating Business for the company
Experience :
- Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Global Business Development Manager with an IT Company and 2yrs in Team handling.
- Exposure with Multinational Companies, End to end sales, lead generation, cold calling, negotiation and proposals
- Excellent expertise in Enterprise IT Sales including Web, Mobile and software development to international clients.
- Candidates should have experience of generating business from online Portals like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Guru, etc.
- Good working experience in effort estimation, client follow up, proposal writing.
- Excellence in handling international clients.
- Must have experience of team handling. Leadership skills, proactive, persuasive orientation.
- Brilliant presentation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
- Good experience in Software Services sales i.e Mobile app development, web development, Custom soft, staff augmentation, CRM and ERP
- Good Communication skills and flexible in any shift
