Senior Manager - Business Development 

Job Location: Mumbai - Chembur West

Role Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced business development manager to drive growth of our digital products and solutions business by the direct acquisition of strategic customers, merchants and through the indirect acquisition of end customers and channel partners.

The role brief includes :

a) Defining and driving customer acquisition tactics

b) Driving revenue growth from Ai Based products and Fintech products. You will also work in the Banking, Insurance and Finance related products both in Hardware and software.

Responsibility areas Planning :

- Creating and executing a plan designed to deliver on company targets for the Digital Products and Solutions Business across all markets where they are present, detailing how targets will be achieved, our approach to specific vertical markets, and the capabilities required to deliver upon these targets

- Creating and delivering effective presentations and marketing campaigns

- Ensure all pipeline and sales activity is accurately documented and kept up-to-date via CRM and reporting tools

- Develop and execute the marketing and branding required to assist business development as well as sales

- Drive the Country teams selling to clients - taking required steps

- Build, train and maintain high performance sales team

- Accountability for leads generation and management

- Identify and drive marketing initiatives to generate revenues meeting targets

- Generation for strategic partners, channel partners, pipeline management and revenue generation against target

- Driving the team in the use of reporting tools, ensuring SLAs and targets are achieved

- Reporting to management with periodic status, reports

Channel Development :

- Work with the teams focused on corporate, enterprise customers to identify potential acquiring partners, building and maintaining the channel partner pipeline and driving engagement of these

- Identify strategic partners and reselling partners. Manage high-level channel negotiations to ensure a fair and favourable relationship.

Channel Management :

- Manage existing channel partners to ensure the relationships are as productive and fruitful as they could be, driving more value from these relationships as required

- Build our capability to efficiently acquire and on-board new enterprise business customers via digital channels

- Generate and execute Digital Marketing campaigns through Social media, Web.

Qualification:

- BE/ BCOM/ BSc from a reputed college and university

- Preferred MBA/ PGDM From recognised institute university

Experience : 5 years

Experience in Software Sales, Enterprise sales, BFSI sales and Marketing preferred.
