About the Role:

You will be responsible for creating, nurturing, and leading multiple business avenues at AxlrData. You will develop a strong pipeline of leads, both within and outside of India. You will focus on targeting businesses that require technology solutions. You will also act as a Technology Solutions Consultant to the generated leads and provide them with precise and comprehensive technology solutions to aid their businesses. Finally, you will also act as a representative within the organization to communicate, coordinate and prioritize the requirements of different clients.

Responsibilities :

- Actively prospect new clients for our services and products in the geographies of India, Middle East, US and Canada

- Effectively understand relevance of business challenges and goals at clients and accordingly position services and products from our portfolio

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure

- Execute a sales process that validates and qualifies the technical and business requirements of the customer in order to close the business on a timely basis.

- Identify sales prospects and be able to build a strong pipeline with forecasts.

- Nurture prospective leads through engagement.

- Present, sell and build long term relationships with clients from the territory assigned

- Build strong C-level relationships in the region

- Gather RFP- s, RFQ and RFI's from potential prospects and respond after qualifying them

- Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, Product and Service teams.

- Nurture the prospective clients on industry trends and innovative solutions for the key challenges across the ecosystem

- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of experience in both Sales and Account Management in IT Services, Analytics, and Technology Product Sales

- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities paired with excellent communications skills

- Strong operational abilities. Metric driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders

- Deliver results in line or exceeding given revenue targets

- Persistent and dependable, especially with deliverables and deadlines

- Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment, flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods, if required

- Intermediate CRM skills
