Key Responsibilities:

- Creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for visual communication

- Pitch in to build the marketing strategy for our brand

- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience

- Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the content marketer

- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualise ideas

- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines

- Present completed ideas to team

- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

Education/ Experience Requirements:

- A degree in Art, Visual Communication

- You should have total work experience of at least 4 years of which 3 years were at a main line ad agency

- Professionally worked on visual identity projects and communication material

Skills Required

- A strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration and animation

- A broad understanding of marketing design and layout is expected

- The ability to generate a reliable supply of original ideas and visual concepts

- The confidence to explain and support your thinking

- A flexible approach and willingness to adapt your ideas to the needs of the brand

- A passion for advertising and commercial art

- A keen eye for visual details and accuracy

- The resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.

- High level IT skills in the latest art and design packages

- Knowledge of what really works in traditional and digital media

- Comfortably switch between traditional media design style and digital media design styles.
