Axis My India - Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales Training - South Region (4-8 yrs)
- Training Need Identification, content development and content delivery
- Training Need Analysis based on findings through surveys, interview with employees, or consultation with Managers or Instructors
- Be Able to deliver classroom-based session as well as on the Job Training Programs
- Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
- Based on TNI/TNA Plan, Implement and Monitor Training programs that will prepare and equip employees for their current role
- Build tools to measure Training effectiveness-ROI for each Training Module
- Should be able to develop & deliver behavioral training content
- Build Employee Training Lifecycle
- Build quarterly and annual training program.
- Implement training KPIs.
- Logistical Arrangement for material in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Prepare budget for training programs and workshops.
- Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs.
- Monitor & Report employee attendance and performance.
- Should be able to speak at any of the south Indian languages
