AXIS India - Manager - Sales - America (7-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Independently drive the sales as per organizational strategy in the respective region.
- Analyse market conditions, customer research, competitor data.
- Implement and coordinate marketing policies and activities to promote products.
- Analyse commercial and economic surveys to identify prospective markets for the product portfolio.
- Ensuring meeting of regular Sales Targets.
- Work with the operations/technical teams to develop product costing for new products.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Negotiating Contracts.
- Identify the bottlenecks, and troubleshooting for the smooth execution of contracts.
- Identifying exhibitions, trade shows and create brand awareness and giving inputs to management.
- Ensuring systems and processes are followed.
Knowledge Skill & Behaviour :
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Technical background to learn product details and applications.
- Highly fluent in English (written & verbal).
- Spanish knowledge is nice to have.
