Axis Bank - Relationship Manager - Digital Service (2-5 yrs)
- Regular customer contact to establish needs and opportunities to cross-sell
- Disseminate product information
- Ensure that a minimum number of stipulated Income Generating products are sold to each customer
- Customer interactions and Profile changes are duly updated
- Ensure Quality customer service is delivered
- Mobilizing balances in a/cs
- Acquire all related Family ID's of the Primary ID for flagging and grouping
- Deepen by cross selling - sticky products like Demat, Credit Cards.
- Use CRM profile to track accounts and products with other bank and transfer these relationships to the Bank
- Ensuring that customers make us their primary bank
- Improve Penetration of products across family groups.
- Recording and Resolving complaints and coordinating with the respective departments to resolve all complaints
- Includes persuading the customer to continue the account relationship
- Monitor large amount movements and account closure from the deposit accounts and ensure that customer does not attrite
