Axis Bank - Manager - Social Media Marketing (3-7 yrs)
Job Description : Complete management of social media performance marketing campaigns to drive the digital channel migration agenda. The role would also be responsbile for driving the digital sales for the bank through focussed performance campaigns on various social media platforms.
Key Result Areas : Inputs on Social Strategy & Planning - Work with the team on developing the general social strategy, ideation. A Social Strategy which includes Advertising on Social Platforms as well as analytics.
- Weekly / Monthly campaign calendar - Work with the team to create editorial copy for advertising. Calendars need to be created weekly or monthly for approval.
- Creative Development - Work with the team on the development & execution of engaging activations, registrations, contests etc. Generate innovative ideas for driving engagement on the social platform.
- Paid Social Advertising - Full ownership of executing Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn CPC/CPM campaigns. Duties include: preparing the campaign and creative with or without offer, launching, optimization and reporting, periodic ad text copy development and testing.
- Reporting & Analysis - Produce regular reports for the team on campaign performance with the use of Facebook Insights and other available online analytics tools like Appsflyer, GAP & Similar web.
- Research - Audit competitors- online and social media efforts as well as general market research to ensure that the bank is up to speed with all trends and pertinent competitor information.
Key Relationships Marketing, media agencies, BIU, various bank product teams, DCC team, Web product team, mobile product team & affiliate partners
Competencies Required - Passion for Social Media & Emerging Technology: You have a passion and intellectual curiosity for social media, mobile and digital emerging / converging technologies, you keep abreast of the latest industry news, vendors and are savvy on social media marketing best practices.
- Writing & Communication : You have proven excellent communication skills and are empathetic and patient when dealing with difficult situations. You have an impeccable command of English language; you do not make grammatical and punctuation mistakes.
- Project/Management & Organization : You must be a detail-oriented multi-tasker with the ability to lead several campaigns at once while still delivering the best work quality.
- Creativity : You have the ability to develop & execute social media campaigns that are aligned with the business goals. You are also able to coordinate the development of visually pleasing creative materials.
- Team dedicated : You work in a team working environment. Mutual support also outside of defined workload is expected.
