Job Description - Circle Marketing Manager
Customer Experience of Branches/ASCs of respective Circles :
1. The candidate will be responsible to enhance the Customer Experience of Branches/ASCs of respective Circles in terms of Look & Feel and Branch Ambiance.
2. The candidate will be asked to follow the guidelines & regularly visit the branches of its circle to monitor / implement the same.
Branch Branding :
1. The candidate will be responsible to ensure that the Branch / ATM / Offices branding are proper and as per guidelines.
2. The candidate will also be responsible to enhance the brand visibility by promoting Vicinity / Neighbourhood branding in its circle.
Circle / Branch level Activations :
1. The candidate will have to plan and execute meaningful activities for the branch / circle that could help generate leads and business. The leads for each activity must be captured in the CRM.
2. The activity must be planned and executed properly.
3. Create activation template for each category of customer that could create some value addition for the customer.
4. Design a yearly activation calendar and follow the same.
5. Will also be responsible to successfully execute the Regional / National level Activation."
Regional & National Level Tie Ups :
1. The candidate will be responsible to create Regional / National level tie ups to create some value addition to the products offered by the bank.
2. The value addition created via tie ups can be clubbed with the activity planned for the branches / circle to make it more lucrative and attractive.
Circle/ Cluster / Branch Support :
Needs to provide support / guidance to the circle / Cluster / Branches / ASC offices as and when required for the work related to Marketing (Activities / Branding / Collaterals etc.)"
Lobby Manager :
There will be a need to guide / monitor / train the lobby managers of its circle so that they can perform their duties properly.
Competitor Tracking :
1. Keeping a check at what the competitors are doing in the market in terms of activations and branding
2. Keeping a check / monitor other Retail Stores / Chain etc., and share their best practices. See what could get implemented at Axis bank branches to make the services / branch look better.
3. What sort of Tie-ups are created by our competitors in the market and study the offerings.
