Axio - Manager - Customer Relationship (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues with tact and diplomacy.
- Escalate customer concerns to management when necessary.
- Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other teams such as sales and technical support to resolve customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. Continuously improve the customer support process by suggesting improvements and streamlining procedures.
Requirements:
- Any degree holder.
- Prior experience in Experience in Chat & Email support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
