- This profile is responsible for the sales and business development of our industry leading connected fleet analytics solutions to Big Corporates. The profile includes hunting new business opportunities and farming existing account.
What You Will Do ?
- Generate revenue by identification of new pipeline opportunities, and sales of incremental value-added services including cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Develop a robust lead pipeline with realistic follow up scheduling to achieve the Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales targets
- Understand the requirement of customers and map it to our existing solutions.
- Initiate, engage, and build relationships with mid to senior management of top corporates.
- Regularly meeting customers, generating leads for new business opportunities.
- Own entire sales process from Lead Initiation to Closures.
- Willing to travel and have a knack of languages/domain and conversation pitches aligned to digital solutions in logistics/ supply chain space.
- Articulate our value proposition of our solutions in a structured & professional manner experience.
- Overall experience of 8-10 years with exposure to digital solutions, IT software, SAAS.
- 4+ years experience in corporate sales (B2B) selling digital solutions.
- Proven track record of consistent delivering revenue.
- Entrepreneurial mind set, risk taking ability is preferred personality traits.
- Creativity to 'think outside the box' and develop new ideas while being able to follow through and put them into practice.
- Confident to deal with Business Owners, CXOs -able to properly articulate the value proposition not just survive but lead the negotiation cycles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
- Great communication skills

Educational Qualifications :
