Job Description :
The Basic responsibilities of Customer Success Executive will be :
- Should be able to draft a BRD (Business Requirements Document) and get a sign-off from the customer.
- Candidate will be stationed at the client office/site resolving their daily queries with respect to tracking and other platform needs of represented company
- Candidate will be accountable for account growth, retention, and recovery of the dues, if any with the client.
- Should have consultative/entrepreneurial bent of mind to generate new leads and provide competitive benchmarking
- Should be able to collaborate and communicate with customers key stakeholders and manage their expectations, resolutions, escalations and solving problems
- Be open to travel, based on client needs, and be flexible to accommodate the client needs even in unforeseen situations.
- Should have a stable career track record in key account management/customer success roles
