Awrange Digital Solutions - Business Development/Sales Role (0-1 yrs)
Roles And Responsibilities include :
1. Sales Support : Assist the sales team in various aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, market research, and prospecting
2. Customer Interaction : Interact with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and present IT solutions
3. Product Knowledge : Acquire in-depth knowledge of our Digital Services to effectively communicate their value to customers
4. CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
5. Sales Collateral : Help in the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans and campaigns
7. Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for review by the sales manager
Qualifications :
1. Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, BBA, IT, or a related field can also apply
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Interest in IT and technology sales
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
6. Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques is a plus
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
