Duties and Responsibilities :

- Create, develop, and maintain a profitable business and customer relationships

- Analyze existing and potential customers to meet their requirements

- Promote and sell products or services to existing and potential customers using solid arguments

- Track sales and status reports; analyze the market's potential and territory

- Keep yourself updated with the latest industry trends and best practices

- Suggest improvements based on customer feedback

- Coordinate sales effort with the team members and other departments

- Achieve sales targets and outcomes under strict deadlines

- Expedite the decision of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

- Generate customer leads through cold calling

Required skills and experience :

- 0-3 years of relevant software sales experience

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices, along with ability to build productive business-professional relationships

- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales

- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs

- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

- Bachelor's or master's degree in sales, marketing or any other relevant field. Master's in technology or an MBA from reputed institute.
