Awfis Space Solutions - Manager - Business Development (10-18 yrs)
- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have the dedication to create and apply an effective business development strategy and drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Build and expand new markets across various segments
- Negotiate and close deals with formal quotes and proposals
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Align goals for the team and ensure sustained business growth Requirements
- Work experience of more than 10 years as a business development manager or a relevant role with an IPC in facility management, handling corporate, IT/ITES, Developer clients
- Proven Business Development track record and experience in after sales customer support
- Bachelor or Master's in business administration, sales or relevant field with up-to-date knowledge of the market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build rapport
