Awesome Sauce Creative - Advertising/Digital Marketing Role (2-3 yrs)
Ads Executive
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO, SMM and SEM. Craft & execute brand engagement opportunities online in liaison with the overall marketing activation for the period. Stay up to date and informed on social media tools, strategies, and best practices.
- To create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies that drive engagement, including budget allocation and planning, content ideation and implementation schedules
- Creating, analysing and optimizing Google Ads
- Strategize, Recommend and Design Digital content management, web analytics, digital marketing operations, content distribution/syndication, campaign management, marketing ROI analysis, etc.
- Ensuring that all Google Ads, Facebook and other social media tool campaigns are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic to our website which also ensuring a very strong ROI
- Monitoring the success of campaigns using various reporting tools
- Analyzing campaign metrics/ data and providing interpretation and suggestions for improving performance.
- Conducting AB testing across ads and landing pages
- Reviewing traffic with Google Analytics
- Proficiency to create video and display ads as per the Google Ads Sizings.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing and creating Landing Page Content to optimize hits and conversions efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendor
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
Requirements :
- Experience of minimum 2+ years in Google Ads
- Advanced Knowledge of Google Analytics, keyword research and ad creative testing
- Strong professional and verbal communication
- Experience in scaling / increasing campaign spends while maintaining or improving performance KPIs
- Excellent writing and creative content skills
- Ability to work independently and also in a team environment
- Exceptional time management skills
- Innovative Thinker
