These solution combined together offer a one stop solution to commercial buildings to manage, operate and optimize their assets from a single platform and achieve monetary savings.
Job brief :
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and manage end to end customer engagement from identification to on boarding to value delivery. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a growth mindset and good technical knowledge to deliver an end to end IOT and SAAS solution to our clients.
Responsibilities :
1. Define strategy for lead generation and conversation
2. Identify target businesses and pitch out solutions
3. Understand customer requirements and build & customize solutions
4. Prepare sales presentation and reports
5. Finalize and execute commercial agreement
6. Be a SPOC for Key accounts to ensure smooth on-boarding and quick issue resolution
7. Define customer requirements and liaise with technical team for customizing the solution
8. Prepare business cases for clients for opportunities identified
9. Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions
10. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements :
1. Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Accounts manager or similar sales role with B2B clients
2. Good analytical skills a must have
3. Must be good with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
6. Willingness to travel as needed
7. Experience with IOT, energy efficiency or SAAS a plus
8. Engineering background in Electronics or Electrical or Energy is a must
