AVP/VP - Marketing - Automotive (20-28 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Senior Business Head Professional with over 3 decades of accomplished career track for delivering and sustaining revenue/profit gains within highly competitive Indian OEM and Replacement Market.
2. Responsible for new Business development with various OEMs like Bajaj, Royal Enfield, Suzuki, HERO, Honda, JCB, Maruti Suzuki, TML, Ashok Leyland, Nissan, & After Market.
3. Proficient in exploring and developing new markets, establishing a channel network in the replacement market, accelerating growth & achieving desired sales goals.
4. Analysing OEMs requirements, rendering technical guidance to the clients and commercial negotiations for the orders.
5. Preparation of Long term & Short term sales budget.
6. Identification & development of new markets, new products to OEM &Tier 1 customers and getting business from them for automotive parts related to Locks, Handles, Mirrors, Relays etc.
7. Development of customer (OEM) specific solutions.
8. Preparation of Quotes & negotiations.
9. Commercial settlement of new products.
10. Program management for the awarded projects in line with customer SOP dates.
11. Development & Sales promotion for After Market.
12. Handling RFQs (Ref of Quotation) ensuring the same replied back as per the requirement of the customer well in time.
13. Coordination with NPD, Design Engineers, R&D for development of samples and forwarding the same for testing & validation.

- Strong organizer, motivator, team player and a decisive leader with the successful track record in directing from original concept through implementation to handle diverse market dynamics.
- An effective communicator with good interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills and abilities in forging business partnerships with clients and achieving quality product & service norms.
- Well versed with the system & process implementation.
- Well aware of the business deliverable in the respective fields.
