AVP - Strategic Alliances - General Insurance (4-10 yrs)
Principal Accountabilities :
- Acquisition of new strategic partners like Banks, NBFCs, Brokers, Payments & Small Finance Banks, and Differentiated partnerships.
- Research & Identify new opportunities for partnership.
- Pitch for new strategic alliances with the partner prospects by preparing proposals, presentation and concept notes.
- Craft customised product solutions considering different customer segments of the partner.
- Co-develop a value proposition including Product, Process, Business Plan, Business Strategy, Training, Marketing Plan and specific Revenue Models with the partners.
- Work internally with stakeholders (Product, IT, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Marketing) to ensure that the Alliances Proposition is launched on schedule and delivers as per the plan.
- Be result oriented and be able to exert influence within and outside the organization.
