AVP - Sales Support - Securities/Broking (12-18 yrs)
- Manage successful Sales Support Team and ensure that the team consistently meets sales performance.
- Work with Sales Representatives to motivate and drive performance of the Sales Team.
- Drive Digital Penetration.
- Serve as a main point of contact for the sales team and address calls for most general business issues.
- Analyse performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the sales support team.
- Responsible for development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient operations.
- Act as a Liason/Partner between the Sales Team and other Internal customers / Team.
- Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales in accomplishing company's goals.
- Work closely with marketing to create, implement and track successful marketing campaigns.
- Sales activity reports and presentations.
