Primary Area of Responsibility: Sales, Business Development, New Client Acquisition
Years of Experience: AVP: Minimum 8-10 years in relevant role
Educational Qualifications: Min. Bachelor's degree; MBA (Finance or Marketing) from a reputed institution is preferable
Job Description :
1. Business Development for the company's Custodial Services and Fund Accounting product proposition to institutional clients.
2. Acquisition of new FPI, FDI, FVCI and domestic accounts for the company and on-going relationship management responsibilities for newly acquired accounts.
3. Making product pitches, presentations and explaining product features to client teams comprising CXOs, Treasury, and Investment Operations.
4. Tracking market news for new fundraising announcements and other items related to our area of business. Using the information gained to contact prospective clients for new business.
5. Coordinating with internal departments and parent organizations for new business opportunities.
6. Attending conclaves, seminars and industry conferences to generate leads for the business.
7. Responsible for Account On-boarding for self-acquired clients, with the help of the documentation team.
Key Personal Characteristics:
- Excellent communication and networking skills to communicate with senior level client executives.
- Self-motivated with an ability to persevere with long deal cycles to ensure closure of deals.
- Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Relevant Experience: Handling FII/Institutional/Domestic Sales desk for existing Custodial firms.
