AVP - Sales - IT (5-10 yrs)
AVP - Sales (India) reporting into Founders
Scouting for a dynamic personality with 5 to 10 years of total sales experience with 3 - 4 years in RPA sales (CP or Account director roles)
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Account Owner / Client Partner of 5 to 10 mid to large India-based accounts with strong relationships/connects across key decision makers, influencers and buyers in the organisations
2. Should have clocked an average annual run-rate of USD 150K per account
3. Should have basic understanding of data science (machine learning) and working knowledge of RPA and intelligent automation
4. Should be willing to sell Python-based open-source RPA solutions
5. Should have the ability to quickly understand complex products and broad service offerings in the intelligent automation space
6. Should be able to work autonomously and strategically
7. Should have a solid sales record with a blue-chip consulting firm, outsourcing firm, system integrator or RPA product company
8. Should be strong in account farming
Job Responsibilities :
1. Generate recurring business from existing network of customers and buyers therein
2. Present open-source solution models and approaches, benefits and inputs into provocations and early engagements
3. Assess customer needs, make recommendations, make sales visits and prepare presentations to pitch product, service and combination packages to prospects
4. Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
5. Establish sales goals, maintain pipelines and implement a plan to meet those goals
6. Periodically track progress toward goals and document sales performance
7. Answer questions, describe benefits, and discuss pros and cons of various competing products or services with clients and prospects
8. Gain familiarity with the intelligent automation space, and stay updated on trends and innovative service and products
