AVP - Sales - Investments Partnerships (3-9 yrs)
Role - AVP - Investments & Partnerships
Reporting to Team Lead - Investments & Partnerships
Responsibilities
Acquire new HNI clients for Fractional Ownership investments
Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads from various marketing sources
Channel Partner (CP) acquisition: Acquire and farm channel partners to build AUM of pre-
leased commercial real estate, AIF, FOF and fractional CRE products through channel
partners
Relationship Management: Service existing investors portfolio and generate references
Farming: Acquire, establish, maintain, and deepen relationships with channel
partners/distributors (Individual financial advisors, real estate brokers, wealth managers, etc.)
to distribute hBits products.
Brand building: Be the brand ambassador and spread awareness on fraction ownership
and hBits by one-on-one marketing & events/networking platforms
Knowledge owner: Read & internalise relevant market information, news, research papers
etc to represent expertise to B2B & B2C clients- Raise capital from HNIs + mass affluent
customers for investment in commercial real estate.
Skill set:
Client acquisition and relationship management
Good communication and presentation skills
Existing experience in dealing with HNI/UHNI clients in advisory/relationship manager role
Experience in hiring/mentoring AMFI/IRDA/Real Estate/Referral agent community
Added Advantage:
NRI client/market exposure is added advantage
Experience in concept selling - financial & real estate products
Sales / Distribution experience in fintech/proptech startups/firms/Wealth firms
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Application will be preferred from industries like investor relations, private wealth management, sales of financial products,
- Candidates with commercial real estate knowledge is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in B2B partnerships/channel sales.
- Excellent knowledge of financial products for investment.
- Candidates from Wealth Management Background will be preferred.
- Attention to detail, with a reliable, consistent, and positive approach to work.
- A team-oriented attitude.
