AVP - Sales - HR Technology Firm (10-16 yrs)
- Developing the sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
- Play a hands-on, direct role in sales, strategy, account management, including attending sales meetings and helping to close deals
- Accountable for achieving and exceeding targeted sales revenues and for controlling sales expenses
- Oversee overall sales and operations for Domestic and International regions if required
- Ensuring proper use of CRM databases and tools to track performance and maintain reports
- Direct other functions such as marketing, advertising, production, traffic and sales operations
- Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals for teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders in managing the business activities of cross functional products and enhance revenue generation
- Coordinates development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising and execution of promotional programs
- Build a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance
- Explore new solutions suited to client / market requirements
Qualification :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B Sales and HRTech
- Proven experience in developing a strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role
- Experience of handling a team of minimum 10 and above
- Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation), interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
- MBA from Tier 1 Business School or a strong background from SaaS is preferred
