AVP - Sales - Healthcare (15-19 yrs)
- Establishing & engaging the sales team as per market requirements and customer coverage
- Attract, appoint, induct, lead & retain performers in the territory
- Planning and developing sales strategies to meet the company's sales objective.
- Developing a customer base for market expansion especially for key products.
- Generate new business from the existing client.
- Retaining and protecting customer accounts from competitors Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
- To conduct a business development orientation program and impart regular training to the team members of the zone.
- Monthly sales review meeting to be conducted for sales scrutinizing and analysis.
- Provide detailed sales forecasting
- Outline and manage Sales Budget Profile
- Proven work experience as an AVP of Senior Sales person role
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Medical device Sales.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
- Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products and the market
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
