AVP - Sales - Education (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Should be BE graduate with 10+years of experience in IT sales, good experience in educational industry.
- Should have PAN India sales experience, handling the large account
- Define Business strategy and translating it into a definite sales strategy and objectives.
- Oversee and develop existing accounts for more traction.
- Responsible for generating new business relationships and negotiating new revenue to agreed targets
- Lead enterprise-level sales opportunities and coordinate project teams for on-time execution.
- Develop and maintain effective prospective client and existing agency relationships
- Contribute to the personal development of all Business Development Managers and Executives through leadership and performance management.
- Continually refine the sales process and ensure that the Sales Team work effectively and prioritize workloads
- Ensure sales team are equipped with an excellent level of technical knowledge regarding all areas of services offering
