Its founders are IIT and ISB alumni with deep experience in the fintech industry, from earlier working with organizations like Axis Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Fractal Analytics and Housing.com. It has raised funds of Rs. 100 Crore from finance industry stalwarts and is growing by leaps and bounds.
As the AVP Sales (Ecommerce Channel), you will be responsible for driving the strategic alliances and business partnerships for the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Owning the P&L Responsibility - E Commerce Channel
- Reaching out to E Commerce organizations and getting them onboard by introducing them on the company's financial offerings
- Exploring new online/offline channels for collaboration
- Market mapping and analysis to discover new strategic partnerships
Relationship management:
- Fostering a long term relationship with current and prospective ecommerce clients
- Meeting with the clients on a regular basis to ensure quick closure and resolution of sales and queries
- Updating the clients regularly regarding new and upcoming products on offer
- Ensuring the long term viability of the business by identifying trends and modifying strategies
- Staying up to date regarding market developments in this space
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree from Premier Institute / MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2
- Demonstrable experience of 2-3 years in Ecommerce channel sales for Banking sector
- Analytical bent of mind and strong judgmental attributes
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to convince and convert leads into customers
- Flexible for 6 day a week working structure
- Flexible for moderate travel
