AVP- Sales - Bank (8-10 yrs)
JOB ROLE :
- The position is responsible for prospecting, selling & managing Wealth RMs of Banks and or private wealth arms in Bangalore.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for driving Mutual Fund sales through Private, PSU banks and select National Distributors across Bangalore.
- Increase AUM, Net Sales, Market Share through Banks by maintaining Strong relationships across banking partners
- To manage the Banking & Private Client Group relationships as a dedicated function, and service the relationship in all aspects
- Leading & executing the Channel sales strategy along with a focus on growth in market share. Pursuing major prospects and leads in large negotiations & constructing appropriate terms of sales. Maximizing performance of channel partners by developing and launching effective distributor programs in order to drive incremental business
- Designing the Channel policy, its product strategy, and the desired product mix for each of these accounts is a key responsibility
- Overall responsible for the positioning of the brand in the entire segment of Banking in Bangalore.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum 7-8 of AMC / Bank work experience. MBA's will be preferred.
- Should be working in Bangalore AMC/ Bank industry for at least 7 years in banking channel and handling multiple bank/Wealth/ national distribution channels contact points.
- AMFI certification compulsory
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a pleasing personality.
- Market & product knowledge / extensively networked.
- Database & MIS Management skills.
- Reasonable Technical Expertise.
- Ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.
