JOB SUMMARY : He/She will be responsible for productivity of the Office and for recruitment, retention and development of Managers and Agents of Office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To meet the yearly revenue targets for the Office
- To track the productivity measures as per the GPA : Premium per agent, case rate, persistency, Paid cases per agent, Monthly Proactives, Retention Rate and Annual FYC standards.
- To identify ;select new Sales Team and ensure smooth onboarding
- Doing Joint FODs with Sales Team
- Ensure 100% Process adherence and facilitate Need Based Selling
- Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) for the team
- To ensure development & retention of sales team by formulating their monthly planning, development plans, fulfilling their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis .
- To meet rural and social policy targets
- Monitor the daily activity plan of sales team & Agents to ensure that these are fulfilled as per the desired monthly and yearly standards
- To ensure that all managers and agents under supervision perform as per the company's rules and regulations.
Eligibility
MINIMUM EDUCATION :Graduate preferably with an MBA (Sales & Marketing)
DESIRED EXPERIENCE : Over 7-10 years of experience in sales and sales management, recruitment, supervision and development of people .Should have local market exposure and proven Life Insurance / BFSI experience in designing sales strategy and execution.
DESIRED AGE: not above 40 years
