AVP - Marketing - Fintech Startup (8-10 yrs)

- Our client is an innovative Fintech company that is revolutionizing the business of short-term finance. The company is an online lending startup that is driven by an app-enabled technology platform to solve the funding challenges of SMEs by offering quick-turnaround, paperless business loans without collateral.

- It counts over 2 million small businesses across 18 cities and towns as its customers. Its founders are IIT and ISB alumni with deep experience in the fintech industry, from earlier working with organizations like Axis Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Fractal Analytics and Housing.com. It has raised funds of Rs. 100 Crore from finance industry stalwarts and is growing by leaps and bounds.

- As the AVP Marketing, you will be responsible to define and develop the marketing plan for the portfolio of services, including value proposition, positioning, needs-based segmentation, sales enablement assets and marketing mix.

Key Responsibilities :

- Driving communication for new and existing products

- Driving customer acquisition via Web and Mobile

- Aligning key stakeholders around the marketing objectives and plan, and leading execution of the plan

- Building and driving a go-to-market plan, campaigns and other initiatives to drive turnover, growth and brand salience

- Responsible for the design and implementation of marketing projects to drive revenue and profit growth

- Driving customer lifetime value through cross-sell and deepening through communication linked initiatives

- Responsible for creative agency management including a driving end to acquisition campaigns, deepening initiatives (upsell/cross-sell), engagement campaigns, collaterals for new launches

- Product marketing - Responsible for new product launches, promoting existing products and features to increase usage

- Conceptualizing and launching product related digital campaigns and ensuring ongoing optimization to decrease the cost of acquisition

- Creating collaterals and executing marketing plans for new product launches on digital and offline

- Responsible for all ATL, BTL and Digital activities

- Responsible for ensuring up-sell and cross-sell on the portfolio to increase balances

Candidate Profile :

- Demonstrable experience of 7-10 years in product marketing

- Digital marketing experience and experience with ATL & BTL Marketing is a great add-on

- MBA candidates with BFSI experience preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

- Flexible for 6 days a week working structure
