AVP - Marketing - Education Startup (10-12 yrs)
Startup in education Space- Part of Techpro Venture
Specifically from education industry- Dealing in overseas education is plus
Purpose - The AVP - Marketing is responsible for working in sync with the Account/Sales team and manage all marketing activities to drive business and ensure timely and successful implementation of Techpro products.
Performance Metrics
- Performance metrics - Develop marketing strategies for alliances, admissions
- Creating employer brand
- Tie-ups with prospective schools and colleges and conduct Education fairs, seminars, workshops for admissions
Key Responsibilities
Strategic
Design Brand strategy for:
- Brand Communication
- Product launch strategy
- Use & Deployment of digital marketing through tech deployment
- Offline methods of marketing - presentations, seminars for school & colleges
- Customer Experience strategy
- Competition Analysis & Market Research
- Responsible for customer interest
- Create the Implementation plan for the center team on:
- New product launch
- Marketing Campaigns
- Events & ground activities
- Determine and manage the marketing budget. Branding through ATL & BTL activities.
- Develop marketing strategies for university alliances, admissions & test prep business
Profile
- A post-graduate qualification in Business Management preferably from a premier institute
- Should have education marketing experience
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Digital Marketing - Social media marketing
- Should be strategic thinkers, able to plan and process
- Eager and able to learn new things and stay on top of current, ever-changing marketing trends
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team
