AVP/DVP - Sales - Wealth Management (15-20 yrs)
1. Guiding & motivating the Sales Team, Team Managers, Sales Managers, Relationship Managers and ensuring proper servicing to the clients. Advising HNI's on their product & services requirement.
2. Channel sales, corporate sales, marketing product training, market research, relationship management. Initiate sales and cross-sell with the full range of financial services to present and potential customers. Maintaining a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered.
3. Monitoring and Maintaining -- CTC v/s REVENUE analysis.
4. Building capability in the sales team based on current and future organizational requirements.
5. Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross-selling, enhancing and upgrading HNI relationships and ensuring the highest level of service to HNI customers and key persons of the corporate clients.
6. Wealth Background or Selling of Financial Products preferably Broking and should be ready to move with his team. He should be able to bring in his own team of 4 - 5 members.
