AVP - Digital Marketing - eCommerce (10-20 yrs)
The AVP, Marketing at JobsForHer will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company's marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B. The role will require a combination of growth, delivery and product mindset to drive key company objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Set the overall marketing strategy for B2C and B2B across various channels such as social media, SEO, website, email, content, partnerships, and media
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Delivery, Sales) to create brand awareness, growth in registrations and leads, user engagement, and customer delivery
- Plan the marketing budget across various mediums as well as organic campaigns to drive reduction in overall CPA and CPR
- Lead various marketing teams such as digital, content, B2B, partnerships, media
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights.
- Be committed to increase women's participation in the workforce
Skills & Qualification :
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for growth, leadgen and delivery.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Social Media Marketing, App marketing, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio and CRM software
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good team-management skills
