AVP/DGM - Marketing (Brand and CRM)
Strategic Brand Management
- Understand the customer segments through market research.
- Perform mood boards/personification exercise
- Study the environment for brand and communication trends and their impact on industry
- Draw out a 3 year Brand road map with clear linkage to product development
- Clearly map out the Segment - Brand Matrix
- Ideate and Implement the Digital communication plan for the brand
- Flesh out brand personality and brand essence through work shops
Marketing Communication Planning and Execution :
- Convert business objectives into brand objectives
- Interact with agency to plan and create mass media communication pack for each brand
- Interact with agency to create below the line communication pack for each brand
- Plan and create of PR activities for brands
- Media planning for the different sub brands and integrating the whole 360 Campaigns
- Creation of various commercials and coordinating for the shoots
- Coordinating with various channels and publications for the materials and timely execution of the media plans
- Creating communication and campaign for below the line activities
New Product Launches :
- Work closely with New product development team on launch planning and implementation phases of new additive products
- Finalise Brand key and advertising brief for new products
- Prepare the Network for test launch and roll-outs across the geographical base
- Finalise communication plan and media plans for specific test markets
Safety :
- Assist the Safety department in creating effective safety communication to change the safety behavior
- Plan for the Organization's Safety Month activities and communication plans
- Assist Safety department in bringing out impact communication packs for disseminating Safety Awareness
Other activities :
- Propose annual budgets for above activities for forthcoming year
- Review budgets against monthly expenditures
