AVP - Client Servicing - Construction Vertical - Insurance (6-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Servicing of Construction and Property and Marine insurance business
2. We are looking for direct client servicing with broking's experience in general insurance for this role.
3. Servicing existing clients for the general insurance . Also, responsible for client retention as well as selling new products in the New accounts.
4. Keeping track of competition in terms of product and performance & device strategies to market the products better.
5. Devising strategies with the management for micro & macro expansion of business.
6. Collecting management information, risk management philosophy and business information for insurance marketing and sales.
7. Recruiting team and training them for servicing and assistance for smoother, effective and efficient delivery.
8. Resolving query, servicing issues and escalation the same to desired level.
9. Coordination with operations/ technical team for servicing.
10. Relationship building and servicing of current business.
11. Any other duty assigned by the management.
