AVP - Business Planning - NBFC (6-10 yrs)
Our client is one of the leading NBFCs in India backed by one of the largest banks in India. They offer financial services in a specialized space and are one of the reputed players in their field.
They are looking to hire an AVP for Business Planning, for their sales team.
Reporting to the head of sales, you will be responsible for:
1. Development of business plan, leading the market planning to ensure the business targets are achieved.
2. Collectively owning sales targets given to leaders across the country.
3. Responsible for sales planning, budgeting, MIS, Business Tracking.
4. Working with cross functional teams to identify and analyse opportunities.
5. Monitor, analyse and highlight deviations from business plan.
6. Design strategies to increase sales effectiveness with focus on process, quality and compliance
The Ideal Candidate
- You will be a post graduate in business with 6-10 years of work experience, preferably from banking and financial services sector.
- Good knowledge of the banking industry in general, and cards industry in specific is critical to this role.
- You must have excellent grasp over sales analytics, support and planning.
- Excellent communication skills and team management skills, and a proactive attitude are qualities that will differentiate the successful candidate.
