AVP - Business Development - BFS (6-12 yrs)
Key Result Areas:
Sales and Business Development for PMS and and AIF Business through distributors.
Securing distribution tie ups across National Distributors, Regional Distributors and IFAs.
Extending sales support to distributors through in meetings and events
Target driven business conversion, quarterly targets to be achieved
Continuously work towards brand building
Add value through inputs to improve operations and service
Behavioral Competencies:
Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Achievement orientation towards the business targets and goals set
Strong Communication skills.
Good negotiation skills
Keenness to take on new challenges
Qualification: Post Graduate, preferably MBA
Work experience: 6-10 years of relevant experience, handling of IFA channel in the past would be an added advantage
Role Specific Competencies:
Should have some experience in MF / PMS sales
Knowledgeable - Should have a sound understanding of markets and trends
Good performance track record in previous work experience
Sound reference
Well networked and enjoys goodwill with distributors
