AVP - B2B Sales - Surgical Devices Manufacturer (16-25 yrs)
Our client, a key manufacturer of surgical devices in India is looking for a senior professional in B2B sales.
Position : AVP-Sales (Pan India) - member of the business area Leadership team.
Job Location : Bangalore
Reporting to : CEO
Team size : 4 KAMs (Zonal)
Travel : Up to 50% possible. Potential need to work evenings and 1-2 days away from home per week.
Education : B.Pharma /Bachelors Degree in Sciences/BE Engineering and MBA
Experience : 15+ years of Experience in sales, key accounts handling,5-6 yrs of relevant experience in institutional sales / B2B sales to Medical centers, corporate hospitals,
Key areas of responsibility :
- Develop a comprehensive business plan
- Develop a detailed operational plan for the year
- Revision of the plan based on market understanding.
- Identify potential opportunities with existing customers and potential clients
- Enhance market share and revenue through the corporate channel.
- Manage the corporate programs like awareness sessions, marketing initiatives etc.
- Single point of contact for key accounts
- Network with key stakeholders and client representatives
- To help support launch of new products through corporate tie-ups.
- Delivery of assigned targets
- Channel management of Authorized Stockists and other stakeholders
